Yes, we love to look after our students. We can bring you to your lodging from the airport to your residence at any hour, day or night. We also can arrange a return ride to the airport for your departure. We do request that we must receive information about your stay within 1 week of your actual arrival date.

• Complimentary airport welcome from the airport to the student’s place of accommodation, and return ride to the airport from their residence for their flight home from Berlin;
• Orientation outing to cultural sites;
• Facilitating visa documents;
• Complimentary use of our wireless, computers, Wi-Fi internet network and terminals. Students are invited to bring their own wireless-enabled laptop

Inside our facilities, custom-made U and L shaped table configurations with abundant natural light,optimal for discussion, a lecture hall, dedicated study areas, a copy center, complimentary Wi-Fi internet access, and readily accessible faculty create an academic learning environment familiar to university students. Dorm or apartment-style residences are located near the institute.

Class duration is tailored to the individual. For an intensive course, each class meets four hours per day, five days per week, over the course of nine weeks (summer quarter), and three hours per day, five days per week over the course of twelve weeks (fall, winter, and spring quarter). Classes are conducted in a comfortable, institute setting that includes natural lighting, a desirable teacher to student ratio, and purposefully configured seating and tables ideal for interactive dialogue. Every student, whether in level one or five, is encouraged and expected to regularly participate in class, and may inquire about joining extra curricular activities as well.
